Research on the Economic Development Path of Changbai Mountain Forest Mushroom Based on SWOT-AHP Analysis

Based on the questionnaire survey and interview at site of 2021 China (Changbai) Forest Economy Ganoderma Industry High-Quality Development Conference, this research used SWOT-AHP analysis method to sort out 15 indicators from four systems, such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities threats development Changbai Mountain forest mushroom, analyzed path selection for mushroom economy. The results show that strategic undergrowth economy in region is polar coordinates of: . It indicates economic strength dominant, it appropriate adopt S-O strategy actively integrate internal advantages external market opportunities, finally, specific suggestions are made realization path.
